2025 Spring Afterschool Program
Our afterschool programs that have been passionately sought out by our community for years. Our experienced educators with ignite your child's potential through creativity, learning, and play. Activity Bus drop off is available for both Wednesday and Thursday programs.

The Lottery will open 2/28 - 3/6 noon. Participants selected will be notified at the end of the day on 3/6 and given until 3/10 to register and confirm their spot.
Wednesday Afterschool (grades K-2)

Join JHCM this Spring for Orbit Explorers! For K-2 students where they embark on fun space adventures! Through hands-on activities, stories, and crafts, they’ll explore planets, stars, and galaxies, build rockets, and learn about the solar system. Kids will spark their curiosity about space and science while having a blast!

Thursday Afterschool (grades 2-5)

Full STEAM ahead! This Spring, the Jackson Hole Children’s Museum invites 3rd - 5th graders to the Idea Box for a brand new STEAM focused after school program. This 8 week program will utilize concepts from Invention Convention Worldwide, a k-12 inventors program that encourages students to identify problems and dream up creative solutions while practicing leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Students can also look forward to the classic children’s museum content that they know and love - lots of time for upcycled creations, experiential play, and budding friendships! The culmination of our two months together will include a showcase of creations and a celebration of the next generation of STEAM leaders. We look forward to welcoming this class into our new space, see you soon!​

Monday & Tuesday Afterschool
Join us on Monday or Tuesday for the Afterschool Programs hosted at Jackson Elementary School. Starts the week of January 8th and ends the week of March 18th.

Hosted with the Teton Literacy Center thanks to generous town, county, and state grants.
Our free afterschool programs offered in partnership with the Teton Literacy Center and Teton County School District are provided thanks to generous grants from the Wyoming State 21st Century Grant, the Town of Jackson, and Teton County. Through this partnership we proudly provide over 200 children free afterschool each season and over 600 free participants each year.
