Overview

Our educators are proven experts in art and science based programming. Our programs will be unlike anything your children have done before. Innovative engineering challenges, imaginative play, wood working tools, and beyond will fill your campers daily experience! Jackson Hole Children's Museum summer camps are coveted for good reason. Our program will inspire the imagination and offer memories that will last a lifetime.

Program Information

Registration:

We still have openings on our Grades 3-5 camps! Enter the lottery to enroll or to join the waitlist for our K-2 camps. 

K-2 Camp Days, Times & Fees:

Mondays through Thursdays (4 days)

9am-4pm

Tuition = $500

Scholarships: 

You may be eligible for scholarship funds through our partner, One22. One22 offers Youth Enrichment Scholarship (Y.E.S.) program. For each of our summer camps, we reserve a number of spots for Y.E.S. campers. You do not have to register with the Jackson Hole Children's Museum if you are planning to apply for the Y.E.S. program. When the Y.E.S. applications open, you will apply directly to the Y.E.S. program to reserve your camper’s spot with our programs.

INVITATIONS TO REGISTER:

The general lottery will open from 9am January 31st to 12pm February 7th. Selected participants will be invited to register at the end of the day on February 7th. Our camps are highly competitive, consider registering early by emailing info@jhcm.org​

Around the World

(June 16 - 19)

Embark on an exciting global adventure this summer at our All Around the World camp! Each day, campers will "travel" to a different countries, exploring unique cultures, traditions, and fun activities from every corner of the globe. Campers will experience the sights, sounds, and flavors of faraway places—all without leaving camp!

Fantasyland

(June 30 - July 3)

Welcome to JHCM’s world of wonder! Inviting all pirates, mermaids, wizards, dragons, and fairies for a playful exploration of science, art, and our imaginations. Campers can create magnificent art and play with science that seems like magic. Campers will have plenty of time to play pretend, wear costumes, read stories, and make new friends!

Art Quest

(July 14-17)

Get ready for a colorful and creative adventure at our Art Quest camp! This week is all about exploring the exciting world of art through hands-on projects, fun techniques, and plenty of imagination. Whether your child is a budding Picasso or just loves to get messy with paint, Art Quest will inspire them to discover their inner artist.

Crafty Creatures

(Aug 4 - 7)

A camp for any small human critters that love art and animals. Learn about the science behind animal adaptations, make animal costumes, build animal habitats, and use real naturalist skills to find animals in the wild! This four day camp is perfect for the curious, creative animal lover entering kindergarten through second grade!

All Girls STEAM
(Aug 18-21)

Spend the week experimenting, testing, building and creating as a team of young female scientists! We’ll spend the week engaging in all aspects of S.T.E.A.M - including chemistry, physics, art and engineering! In this four day camp, S.T.E.A.M campers entering Kindergarten through second grade will discover new science skills and get to make and craft all week long!

Spellbound Science

(June 23-27)

Join us for a week of STEAM powered spells, potions and quests as we journey to broaden our minds through creativity and science magic. Campers will enjoy a variety of STEAM projects that will spark wonder and allow new friendships to blossom! This camp is perfect for imaginative learners with an interest in fantastical worlds beyond our own.

JH Powered by Science

(July 7-11)

Explore the mechanisms that allow our hometown heroes to thrive. Possibilities include learning how to use specialized equipment from members of the JH Search and Rescue Team, Grand Teton Trail Crew, Fire Department and more! Campers will have lots of opportunities to craft up their own devices while also making new friends and broadening their understanding of just how much science it takes to keep a town like Jackson running!

All Girls STEAM

(Jul 28-Aug 1)

Spend the week experimenting, testing, building and creating as a team of young female scientists! Engage in all aspects of S.T.E.A.M - including chemistry, physics, art and engineering! In this five day camp, S.T.E.A.M campers entering third-fifth grade will discover new science skills and get to make and craft all week long!

Upcycled Wonders

(Aug 11-Aug 15)

Turn trash into treasure at Upcycled Wonders camp, where creativity meets sustainability! This exciting week is all about using everyday materials and recycled items to create amazing art, crafts, and inventions. Campers will learn the importance of reusing, recycling, and reducing waste—all while making fun and functional creations from things that might otherwise end up in the trash!

You will receive a pre-program welcome letter prior to the start of camp with more details about the session and updated camp participation forms.

CANCELLATION POLICY​

A $100 non-refundable deposit is due for each week that your camper signs up for Summer Camps. This deposit is part of the overall camp fee.
